1. The minimum order value of the first order amounts to 400 € net.
2. The minimum order value for the following orders amounts to 150 € net. With orders of 10 € per order calculates.
3. The given prices get on as net prices plus the legal VAT from Nuremberg.
4. The delivery occurs not free. With an order value from 500 € the dispatch occurs by the home postpaid.
5. Place of fulfilment and legal venue for both parts is Nuremberg.
6. The delivery occurs as a rule immediately after incoming orders, otherwise a confirmation of order occurs. Part deliveries are allowed.
7. Payment possibilities:

                   a) cash on delivery

                   b) by cash in advance 

       8.    The product remains our property up to entire payment.

       9.    With perfectly delivered product no right to exchange goods.
